STEP 1: Become familiar with what's normal:

	Gently bite down and look at your teeth from the front. Your teeth should line-up in the middle (black arrows). You should see 50 to 80% of your bottom teeth. The teeth should be straight, not bent, crooked, not have extra space or be too crowded.
	Look at your teeth from both sides The teeth should be straight, not bent, crooked, not have extra space or be too crowded. Your top teeth shouldn't be much forward or behind the lower teeth
	Look at your bottom teeth All teeth should be in a nice arch (yellow line)
	Look at your top teeth All teeth should be in a nice arch (yellow line)
