Hello everyone! This will be my first post here in this blog/forum section of the website. I would love to hear the fears you guys/gals had of getting braces and how you overcame them. This will help me narrow down what I and my team can do to better serve you and future patients considering braces. Dr.Tahir

Hi Dr. EJ I want to know does it hurt more the day you get braces or a few days after. Your patient Kennedy Moore 12 yr. old PS. I will be in your office on April 1,2008 to get my braces installed hope to see you there.

Hi Kennedy. I would say couple days after as you get used to them...kinda like brand new shoes, you have to "break them in".....the day of braces is straight forward, as you watch movies in the office, we are busy glue-ing on the braces- no needles, shots or numbing up. Hello Dr.Tahir.

I am really nervous to get my braces. I don't know what to expect. My first time I will be there is this saturday... November 13, 2010. I am confused because some of my friends and cousins tell me they do hurt while they put them on and the others tell me they don't. do they hurt?
